Hassle Free Return Policy

AllSportsElectronics.com offers a hassle free return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@allsportselectronics.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of your request, we will send to you by email an RMA number with further instructions on how to package and ship your return. Refunds will be credited upon receipt of item(s).

Privacy Policy

You can be assured that your privacy is protected when you shop at AllSportsElectronics.com. Furthermore, the only information AllSportsElectronics.com sees is your name, address and email required on the first page of check out. This information is only retained if you register with us. Registration is optional and for your convenience only. Since we use Paypal as our payment solution, we will never have access to your financial information. Paypal does not share financial information with its merchants (to learn more click the Paypal solution graphic at the bottom of the page).

You do not need a Paypal account to shop at AllSportElectronics.com. Customers can make purchases using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover using the secure Paypal site without a Paypal account.
